Accuracy

The accuracy stat represents the marksmanship skill of a soldier. When firing at a target, soldiers make an accuracy check, rolling between 1 and 100. If this value is less than the soldier's marksmanship skill, then the attack is a success and a hit is scored. The accuracy stat is modified by several variables, such as a weapon's range effectiveness, cover, and whether or not the target is prone.
